Impressive rooftop pool with stunning views and excellent location near restaurants and bars. The spacious room with comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep despite nearby noise.

Inconsistent noise insulation through doors and windows detracted from the experience, making it less tranquil than hoped for.

The lack of windows in my massive room felt claustrophobic!!! Also, the strange frosted glass separator allowed me to see into my neighbor's shadows, which made privacy an issue!!! Not to mention the inconsistent water pressure in the shower.

amazing access to vibrant malecon and nearby dining gems

my stay was truly enjoyable, as the gorgeous malecon was only a short stroll away, offering stunning views and vibrant street life. I discovered fantastic local eateries like Restaurante Ventolera just steps away from the hotel, creating the perfect backdrop for my urban explorations.

The shower in the deluxe studio struggled with inconsistent hot water and power issues, making for a frustrating experience after long, wet days. Additionally, the futon in the suite with a sea view felt quite worn and lacking in support, which made lounging less comfortable than it could’ve been.

The loft suite we upgraded to was spacious, well-equipped with a kitchen, and had excellent WiFi. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Being right on the malecon provided both an incredible view and easy access to local attractions and dining options.

However, the noise insulation could be improved, as it sometimes detracted from our relaxation.

Oh my gosh, I loved my stay! The rooftop pool was, like, stunning, with killer views of the sea. And the room? Super spacious with a comfy bed that felt like a cloud! The chill vibe of the place made it feel sooo relaxing. Plus, the staff were total sweethearts, always ready to help. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

staying at ala residencias was a great experience! the hotel has high ceilings and smells amazing as soon as you walk in. the friendly staff made my stay even better, especially when they allowed me to check in early. the rooftop pool with beautiful views was a nice bonus, and my room was super comfy with a soft bed that felt like a cloud.
